In a live Zoom ceremony, we honored Jane Moore of QuesTec Mechanical and Titus Hess of Camflo Heating & Cooling for their outstanding contributions. Jane received recognition for Outstanding Management, while Titus was recognized with Outstanding Overall Performance. Both leaders shared their stories, providing valuable insights into their programs and how Interplay Learning has supported their efforts to create innovative apprenticeship experiences.

QuesTec Mechanical: Leading with Vision and Customization


As the Director of HR and Workforce Development at QuesTec Mechanical, Jane Moore oversees an expansive HVAC service company in Missouri, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Florida. QuesTec’s commitment to growth and excellence in training apprentices is evident in its robust in-house program, which is registered with the Department of Labor.

Jane recalls the turning point when her team discovered Interplay Learning:

For Titus Hess, Trainer at Camflo Heating & Cooling, Interplay Learning has been a game-changer in building their four-year HVAC apprenticeship program. Before partnering with Interplay, Titus struggled with the complexities of Department of Labor registration and designing an effective curriculum.

“Interplay helped us set up the program and took something cumbersome and simplified it,” Titus shares. “Without them, I’d probably still be making phone calls trying to get registered.”

Camflo’s apprenticeship program boasts impressive outcomes, including a 90% retention rate of apprentices as full-time employees.
