She is the Assistant Executive Director for KANSASWORKS Southeast (KWSE), a career services organization serving 17 counties. Katie is Human Resource Professional certified through HRCI and SHRM and specializes in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Jesse also serves as a Senior Fellow with Core Education PBC, a Senior Advisor to ESI Consult, Inc., an advisor to the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank, and an officer at the U.S. Conference of Mayors Workforce Development Council.
