Rachael Mann is an experienced educator, keynote speaker, and author specializing in the intersection of technology and career and technical education (CTE). With a passion for preparing students for the future workforce, she has extensive expertise in integrating AI, emerging technologies, and innovative teaching practices in skilled trades classrooms.


Ariana Dugan
VP of Product
Ariana Dugan leads the Product team at Interplay Learning, working with the talented product, design, and engineering teams that develop Interplay’s career development platform for the trades. She spent a decade at adult skills development organizations such as Year Up, General Assembly, and Interplay Learning, all of which help people get the skills they need to be gainfully employed in today’s job market.
Michele Lockhart
Michele is a supervisor at a vocational school and has 19+ years of experience teaching, coaching, and supervising in public education. Her background is in high school English, broadcasting, multimedia and public speaking, and she helped transform a high school into a CTE/comprehensive high school. Michele is skilled at integrating technology and AI in the classroom and curriculum. She founded The EdTech Experience group that specializes in professional development for career and technical education, AI literacy, and instructional strategies that put the student in the forefront of learning.


Jamie Burrows
CTE Coach, Supervisor former CTE Teacher
Jamie is a CTE Coach and supervisor, educational consultant, and Perkins guide who empowers school, administrators, and educators to embrace excellence. She spent 10+years in the classroom as a CTE instructor working across technology, art, robotics, and more. She later served on the school board and held other leadership roles like Ad Hoc Committee Chair, Curriculum Chair, and Community Engagement Chair. Jamie went on to the Vocational School District and worked with student career building from everything from trades to tech.
